Shipping Cost
If you want to know how much shipping will be cost on a particular product simply add the item(s) to your cart, proceed to checkout (you will need to register a customer account, if you haven't already done so) then input your shipping address details. When you click the Proceed button you will be taken to step 2 of the checkout process which will show you the price for Standard & Express(if available) Delivery.

If you then wish to place the order, simply click Proceed to take you to Step 3 where you can finalise & submit the order to us.

If you don't want to place the order, simply use the back arrow on your browser toolbar to take you back to your shopcart where you can add, remove or modify items as you wish.

Shipping Methods
All orders are sent within Australia using Australia Post.
Where possible we give the option of Standard or Express shipping.
Please Note - Express shipping is not available to some postcodes.
All orders are sent fully insured to the value of the goods.

Basic Shipping Estimates are as follows:-

For instock goods we endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours of payment receipt
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne location every business day (Monday to Friday)
No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or VIC Public Holidays.

Order Tracking
Customers will be emailed a tracking number when their order has been shipped.
This allows the order to be tracked online at http://auspost.com.au/track/ during transit.
