BMX Mail Order Australia - Strictly BMX Cancellations & Returns Policy Returns If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased from StrictlyBMX.com please email returns@strictlybmx.com with your original order number & reason for return. Authorised returns will be issued with an RA number which should be clearly quoted when you return the goods to us. Making sure to include your: Full name Email address Order ID Number Order date RA Number All returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days of original purchase. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We will refund return freight costs only if we are at fault. We cannot accept items returned after 30 days of original purchase or that are not in original condition, and or have missing packaging and or parts. Please Note: The Right of Return Policy in regards to CD's/DVD's/Records is that Strictly BMX will only accept returns where the CD/DVD/Record was damaged prior to delivery, has a manufacturing fault or an incorrect title was supplied.
